Crownbridge Command Centre

The secure operating environment behind Crownbridge.

The Crownbridge Command Centre is a private, governed digital operating environment used to coordinate authorised group information, workflows, integrations and decision support.

Purpose

Governed access between people, systems and authorised data.

It is designed to provide a controlled interface between Crownbridge users, approved business systems and authorised data sources while preserving identity, scope, provenance and audit boundaries.

Google / Gmail integration

Read-only by design at the current authority boundary.

The CRBG Command Centre Gateway may allow specifically authorised Google accounts to connect Gmail data to the Command Centre for read-only business communications retrieval and search.

  • Gmail access is read-only.
  • No authority to send email.
  • No authority to create or modify drafts.
  • No delete, trash, forward or message-modification authority.
  • No domain-wide delegation.
  • Google passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes and passkeys are not requested by Crownbridge.
  • Each account completes Google’s own authentication and consent process.
  • Connected identity must match the exact Crownbridge-authorised mailbox.

Controlled access

Authentication proves identity. Crownbridge policy determines authority.
